Tony Clark assumed the role of MLBPA Executive Director in 2013, becoming the first former professional player to hold the position. He hit 251 home runs over 15 big-league seasons with the Tigers, Diamondbacks, Mets, Red Sox, Padres and Yankees. Tony was a prominent voice in the PA as a player representative and Association Representative, and an active participant in the union’s collective bargaining negotiations before joining the MLBPA in a full-time role in 2010.
